Our overarching goal is to find creative and pragmatic solutions to construction related legal issues. We do this by using the most practical means of dispute resolution (including negotiation, mediation, and arbitration) whenever the situation warrants.
We are actively involved in a number of professional and industry associations, including the Canadian and Manitoba Bar Associations’ Construction Law Sections. In addition, we have developed a network of expert witnesses and consultants who we can call on to help resolve our clients’ matters.
