Job Summary
We are seeking an associate with at least 3 – 5 years of experience to join our corporate law practice group. The successful candidate will have experience in areas of commercial law such as corporate governance, financing, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, negotiation of agreements and shareholder matters. Taylor McCaffrey serves a wide range of business clients including corporations, partnership, sole proprietorships, cooperatives across a diverse range of industries. and non-profit organizations.

Job Summary
We are seeking an associate with at least three years of experience to join our Wills and Estates practice group. The successful candidate will have experience in estate planning and administration, court applications relating to death and incapacity and estate dispute resolution. Familiarity with real estate, family, tax and corporate law is an asset.
