Sean’s practice primarily focuses on providing business law services to corporate, commercial and business clients. His practice encompasses all matters of finance and the structuring and restructuring of businesses, including the creation of organizational structures that foster success and best practices.

Sean also specializes in Entertainment Law. Having worked in the Manitoba film and television industry prior to starting his practice, Sean has unique insight and practical knowledge in matters related to the entertainment industry.
