Kyle Dear Partner

Kyle is a Partner at Taylor McCaffrey LLP, where she practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, with a focus on insurance litigation, including general insurance defence, construction, professional errors and omissions, product liability, subrogation and coverage. She also practices in the areas of pension law and Indigenous law (specific claims).

Kyle has extensive advocacy and appellate advocacy experience and has appeared and made submissions before all levels of Court in Manitoba, the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as before various administrative, professional and regulatory bodies and tribunals.

Kyle has had the privilege of serving on various Law Society of Manitoba committees and subcommittees, and is currently serving as a Bencher of the Law Society.
