Kyle Dear Elected as a Bencher of The Law Society of Manitoba

Taylor McCaffrey is proud to announce that our colleague and friend, Kyle Dear, has been elected as a Bencher of The Law Society of Manitoba.
Kyle practices primarily in the areas of commercial, construction and insurance litigation. She has a broad range of experience, including insurance law, contractual disputes, negligence, construction litigation, debtor/creditor litigation, administrative law, trust litigation and pension law matters.
Kyle began volunteering as a member of various Law Society committees in 2010. She was an appointed Bencher from late 2018 to 2020, and again this past year. She truly values her work with the Law Society, and we are grateful that she has the opportunity to continue her service to the public, members of the profession, and the Manitoba legal community as a Bencher of the Law Society.
