Prior to joining Taylor McCaffrey, Ian Duncan Jr. received his Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba in 2015. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota in 2019 and received his call to the North Dakota Bar in 2019. Ian also became licensed to practice law in Minnesota in 2021. During his time practicing law in the United States, his practice areas included: corporate and commercial litigation, civil litigation, construction litigation, insurance defence, and personal injury.
Ian has successfully completed his National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) examinations under the Federation of Law Societies of Canada in 2022 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2023.
