Kent is a partner at Taylor McCaffrey LLP, practicing in the areas of Business and Real Estate Law. His primary focus includes commercial real estate, financing, business acquisitions, mergers and amalgamations, corporate reorganizations, and real estate property development. In addition, Kent represents financial institutions and businesses in foreclosure and collections. He also represents individuals in various matters including wills and estate planning, estates administration and residential real estate.

Kent works with large and small organizations across all industries. He supports his clients in a variety of areas including contract drafting, purchases and sales of businesses, business relationships among co-owners and shareholders, and businesses in transition. Kent also has a strong reputation of working with land developers, offering a variety of services from zoning agreements, development and registration of development schemes and easements, subdivisions, and planned communities. Kent brings creativity of thought and diligent pursuit of results to the teams involved in these development projects, collaborating closely with planners, surveyors, architects and developers to bring these projects to fruition.
