Kent is a partner at Taylor McCaffrey LLP, practicing in the areas of Business and Real Estate Law. His primary focus includes commercial real estate, financing, business acquisitions, mergers and amalgamations, corporate reorganizations, and real estate property development. In addition, Kent represents financial institutions and businesses in foreclosure and collections. He also represents individuals in various matters including wills and estate planning, estates administration and residential real estate.
