Katherine practices extensively in the area of corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. She routinely advises clients in respect of a wide spectrum of matters including negotiating purchase and sale agreements involving shares or assets, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, corporate restructuring and corporate governance.

A large part of Katherine’s practice also includes complex cross-jurisdictional transactions where she advises on matters unique to Manitoba with respect to public-private partnerships and project financing transactions.

While Katherine is busy with her law practice and being a mom, she is very committed to supporting her community and has volunteered with several organizations over the years including St John’s Ambulance and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winnipeg.
