Estates Planning Workshop

Planning for death and incapacity seems like a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be. At Taylor McCaffrey LLP we are committed to making quality estate planning services convenient and accessible to our client.

Estate Planning Workshops are available for persons with simple estates. Please select the workshop you wish to attend.

Please note that workshops are a great option for people with fairly basic estates. They are not suited for couples or individuals with more complex estate plans. Please review our Workshop Eligibility Form (in the links above) to ensure that an estate planning workshop is a good fit for you prior to registering.

All workshops are being offered in a group setting of no more than 20 participants (or 10 couples). Though the information you share with your lawyer will be confidential, any information disclosed or questions raised during the workshop will not be confidential. We encourage you to share additional information and ask questions of your lawyer following the workshop if you are concerned about confidentiality.

In an effort to reduce the spread of Covid-19, workshops are currently being offered through the Zoom video conference interface. Please ensure that you are able to join us using Zoom prior to registering. Shortly following the workshop, your draft documents will be sent to you by e-mail for your review. We will then call you within the next few days to confirm that the documents reflect your wishes and to schedule a time to meet with a lawyer to sign your documents. Please see the FAQs section for more information.
