Meet Our Newest Partners

Default

Taylor McCaffrey LLP is pleased to announce that Andrew Chambers, Diana C. King and Daniel Marion have joined the partnership effective January 1, 2025.

Our three newest additions to the partnership each demonstrate a commitment to professional excellence, and their hard work and dedication have resulted in many successes for our clients and our firm.

Andrew practices in Taylor McCaffrey LLP’s Business law and Taxation law departments with a focus on corporate commercial, tax, trust and securities law. He knows that good planning can make a world of difference for individuals and business owners alike.

Andrew’s corporate commercial and securities work helps clients implement a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, windups, and debt and equity financings. His experience with financings includes financings with traditional lenders, such as financial institutions, and financings through capital raised on the private and public capital markets, such as private placement offerings utilizing the Manitoba Small Business Venture Capital Tax Credit. In addition, Andrew assists clients by preparing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.

Diana is a Partner with Taylor McCaffrey LLP, practicing in the areas of wills and estates, real estate and corporate law.  Additionally, she works in municipal law to help local leaders and elected officials create thriving communities for Manitoba’s families.

Diana’s goal is to help people plan for and deal with some of life’s most significant events: buying and selling properties, starting and running businesses, and preparing for life’s eventualities. She is passionate about her work and looks forward to finding creative and practical solutions to her client’s problems. Diana values every client relationship.

Daniel is a Partner with Taylor McCaffrey LLP, practicing in the areas of estate planning and estate administration, tax planning, corporate and commercial law, and charity law. He works closely with accountants, financial planners and wealth advisors with a clientele consisting primarily of individuals, couples, small business owners and non-profit organizations.

Daniel’s goal is to find effective solutions for his clients’ estate and tax planning questions in a timely manner and with a consistent level of quality. Services such as estate and tax planning are personal in nature and can be very sensitive as well as stressful. To that end, Daniel works closely with his clients to build a rapport of collaboration, always making himself accessible and demonstrates a strong professional demeanor. He finds this approach assists his clients to work through personal, family and business legal issues with comfort and less stress.

Please join us in congratulating Andrew, Diana and Dan on this latest achievement.

We look forward to years of working together to help our clients succeed.
