Federal Court Dismisses Application Seeking To Overturn Pine Creek First Nation’s Election Results

Taylor McCaffrey lawyer Peter Mueller recently acted on behalf of Pine Creek First Nation and its Chief and Council Members. He successfully defended against a court application seeking to set aside the results of Pine Creek’s 2021 election.
