Jocelyn is an Associate at Taylor McCaffrey, where she maintains a comprehensive practice specializing in all areas of Labour and Employment Law. She provides legal advice to employers, assisting them in navigating the various risks and complexities in the workplace which may span the entire lifecycle of the employment relationship: from hiring and the commencement of employment to disciplinary matters and terminations.
In addition to her work with individual employment issues, Jocelyn is skilled in policy assessment and drafting, ensuring that organizations remain compliant and proactive in their operations. Her practice also encompasses labour relations, human rights, and workplace safety and health.

Having been deeply involved in the dance and performance industry, she possesses an understanding of the unique environments and specific challenges faced by creative organizations.
