Justin Kusyk Associate

Justin has practiced exclusively in family law since his call to the Alberta Bar in 2014. He began his career with a boutique Calgary firm focused on complex family matters involving significant financial considerations.

After returning to Manitoba in 2016, Justin continued to develop his family law practice and expanded his work to include high-conflict matters relating to the best interests of children.

He is known for tailoring his approach to each client’s circumstances and has extensive experience resolving matters through mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution processes. When litigation is required, Justin regularly represents clients before the Court of King’s Bench.

He enjoys working collaboratively with other lawyers in the family law department and particularly enjoys providing guidance to younger lawyers and students.

In his spare time Justin can be found spending time with family and friends, running, curling and cooking.
