Mr. Kreel practices in the areas of civil litigation and family law.

His civil litigation practice focuses upon wills and estates litigation, insurance litigation, and commercial litigation.

His family law practice focuses primarily upon wealth preservation, division of assets, business and trust valuation issues, and child and spousal support issues.

As Mr. Kreel holds a professional accounting designation as a CPA, CMA, he uses the knowledge, skills, and perspective he gained in the course of obtaining his accounting designation to assist clients with accounting and tax issues that regularly arise in civil litigation and family law matters.  He has extensive experience with cases involving the valuation of shares of closely held corporations, the assessment and quantification of damages and economic loss, and the determination of income for support purposes.

In his civil litigation practice, Mr. Kreel represents clients in a broad range of estate litigation matters.  This includes acting for executors, trustees, and beneficiaries with respect to wills, trusts, and estates, challenges to wills on the basis of capacity or suspicious circumstances, proceedings to vary or interpret trusts or wills, applications to appoint or remove committees, and applications to pass accounts.  Mr. Kreel also represents insurers, insureds and plaintiffs with respect to claims for damages or economic loss, and acts for both individuals and businesses with respect to a wide range of corporate and commercial disputes.

In his family law practice, Mr. Kreel assists clients with respect to financial matters arising out of separation, including child and spousal support issues, property valuation, and the division of assets.  He also negotiates, drafts and reviews pre-nuptial agreements, marriage agreements, co-habitation agreements, and separation agreements.
