- the Treaty Land Entitlement Framework Agreement- a cornerstone of this historic agreement is the precedent setting tax ruling which our tax department was able to secure from Revenue Canada with respect to the tax exempt status of income generated by the settlement proceeds.
- the Winnipeg Airport Authority Agreement- the privatization of the Winnipeg International Airport;
- the North Portage Development Corporation/The Forks Partnership- the re-development of the Winnipeg urban core dealing with commercial, residential and air space rights; and
- Southport Aerospace Centre Inc.- the conversion of the former Canadian Forces Base Portage into a flight training and commercial centre.
Government Relations
Our firm has extensive experience in government relations on behalf of clients including lobbying and representations made to government authorities and assisting clients through the maze of government bureaucracy and legislative changes at both the federal and provincial levels. We assist clients in preparing strategic plans and presentations and in meeting with officials and ministers of the provincial and federal governments on such issues as funding requests and procurements as well as policy, regulatory and legislative changes.

We maintain offices in the Interlake communities of Gimli, Riverton and Winnipeg Beach and the Franco Manitoban communities of Labroquerie, St. Claude and St. Malo.
