Herb practices primarily in the area of real estate and property development. He has extensive experience in residential sales, purchase and mortgage transactions, acting for new home developers and builders, extensive practice involving title insured refinancing, acting for all major national and local lenders, including banks, trust companies, credit unions, sales and purchases of apartment blocks, commercial properties, cross-Canada financings, subdivisions, condominium projects, farm sales and purchases. Herb also acts for national and local lenders in mortgage foreclosures, including residential and commercial properties.

Herb also has considerable experience with charitable organizations, having served extensively on numerous boards and committees.
