Presenter of various education programs in labour and employment lawn with a particular emphasis on workplace harassment.
Sharon has practiced in all aspects of labour and employment law since her call to the bar in 1997. She acts on behalf of employers and employees in wrongful dismissal litigation, human rights complaints, illness and disability in the workplace, employment issues in mergers, acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Sharon also regularly advises employers on labour matters, the development and implementation of employment policies, employment standards issues and employment agreements. Sharon has addressed audiences on a variety of labour relations and human resource topics, including most particularly, workplace harassment.
