Fred practices primarily in the area of real estate, including land development and subdivisions, new housing, residential condominium projects and residential home relocation services. Fred represents many major land developers and new home builders in Manitoba and he has extensive experience in residential and commercial land development, new and used residential home sales and purchases, residential condominium projects and mortgage financing transactions. Fred also represents several major international residential home relocation companies, acting for their corporate clients and their transferred employees.

Fred joined Taylor McCaffrey LLP as a partner in 2000 after spending 15 years as one of the managing partners at Walsh Micay & Company.   Previously, Fred had his own firm, Klein Kravestky Alexander, and prior therto he was employed as corporate counsel for Genstar Corporation.
