Charles became counsel to the firm in March 2007 after a 28 years career as a Justice on the Manitoba Court of Appeal. Prior to his appointment to the Bench, Charles was an accomplished litigator in the predecessor firm to Taylor McCaffrey LLP. In addition to prior being Counsel to the firm's lawyers, Charles will carry on a practice as an arbitrator.
