Recent cases
Represented a major publicly-traded Canadian mining corporation in an inquiry under The Oil and Gas Act.
Successfuly represented a large custom home building corporation in a commercial arbitration dispute.
Currently presenting a major multinational corporation in an application for damages under The Consumer Protection Act.

Eric practices in the areas of litigation and administrative law, with an emphasis on intellectual property and information technology matters.

Prior to attending law school, Eric was a classical musician and performed extensively throughout Canada, the United States and Europe.  He was also a teaching assistant at The Juilliard School, worked in a variety of capacities in arts administration, and was active in developing arts-based community outreach programs.

Eric joined the firm in 2009 after articling and practicing with another Winnipeg law firm.
